Rename & Redesign for Roald Dahl's Children charity. The charity exists to make seriously ill children's lives better. Marvin, an enormous red crocodile, the charity's marvellous mascot, whom Quentin has drawn on many other occasions, become the symbol for the charity in different disguises.
