Launched in Spring 2019 by property group Galliard and designed by award winning architectural practice Bowman Riley, Evolve is a new £100 million commercial property concept offering flexible, affordable co-working spaces across the South East.  

Over the next five years, Evolve now plans to build work space schemes across London, the surrounding M25 commuter belt and the Home Counties.
